Tatik Cooperative
Coffee has never been just a beverage, it carries a long, complicated history. Across generations, agricultural systems have too often been shaped by extraction: from the seizure of indigenous lands, to slave labor, to present-day pricing structures that leave farmers underpaid for extraordinary work.
This collection centers on a different model.
Sourced from the Tatik San Idelfonso Cooperative, these coffees represent both exceptional quality and a deliberate shift toward transparency. Each lot reflects not only the unique terroir of the region, but also the hands, decisions, and care of the producers behind it.
At Ad-In Coffee, our role is not just to roast and distribute, but to clarify and reconnect the value chain. By working directly with these families, we aim to ensure that more of the economic value created by their harvest returns to them.
This is an ongoing effort to move away from a one-directional system of extraction, toward a more regenerative loop. A system that recognizes and honors every contributor, from soil to cup.
Thank you for being part of that shift.
